INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon milk
- ½ teaspoon dried chives
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon dried dill weed
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- freshly squeezed lemon juice adjust to taste, approximately 1-3 teaspoons
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides a couple of times.
- Store in an airtight container, like a mason jar, in the fridge for you to 2 weeks.
