- 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups shredded coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup sliced scallions
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper until combined. In a large bowl, add the coleslaw mix and scallions.
- Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mix and toss to evenly coat. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
